Whether it's a quiet dinner for two or a fun party for all of our Friends of Camellia Cellars, we love to get together for good food, conversation, and of course, great wine! In this section we will try to share some of our favorite party ideas, a few recipes as well as tips about what worked and what didn't.

The Pumpkin Ravioli with Walnut Cream Sauce was a great hit at the Wine and Food Affair in November. I bought the ravioli from the Spaporito Pasta Company in Redwood City, CA. Turns out the gentleman who assisted me grew up here in Sonoma County on the Russian River! Small world. He was a delight to work with and so very helpful. In the recipe section here I have listed the Walnut Sauce. It was so easy to make. I used my food processor the grind the nuts, not too smooth. You can skip the white sauce if you want. I put it in to extend it. We had nearly 800 people that weekend. This is a great pairing with the Sangiovese or the luscious Diamo Grazie!
